Our working culture

⚖️ 40-hour weeks for a real work/life balance

We believe that 8 hours a day are enough. When crunch time happens, it’s consensual, and you’ll get the extra time back to take off later.

🌴 4 weeks of paid vacation

You have to take it! And taking vacation at Reaktor means not thinking about work at all. Reaktorians often sign out of Slack and don’t check email during vacation—that’s normal and encouraged.

We also have 8 floating holidays for you to use on which ever holidays you chose to acknowledge.

👋 Nothing but brilliant, friendly people

We hire people who are experts at what they do, and our culture deeply encourages collaboration. You’ll be working in the best place you’ve ever worked, with the best people you’ve ever worked with.

🌱 Support in becoming your best self

Everyone has different backgrounds, different styles, and different motivations. We value our differences, and we want each Reaktorian to develop in their own way. We’ll help you reflect on and plan your development, and you’ll get as much support as you could want from your 500 peers around the world.

Practical benefits: health, commuting, retirement

🧑‍⚕️ Health, dental, and vision ****insurance

🫄Parental leave

For primary caregivers, we provide 16 weeks of fully paid parental leave. For secondary caregivers, we give 8 weeks of fully paid leave. Parental leave is connected to the time you’ve worked for Reaktor.
